Question: How do I get an activation code?

Answer: The site requires you to have an activation code to register, you can get your activation code by completing a contract agreement with Briggs Healthcare/BCG.

Question: I can not log into site?

Answer: If you have typed your username and password incorrectly more than 5 times your account will be locked. You can contact technical support to unlock your account.

Question: My employe list will not upload?

Answer: Make sure your employee list is formated as an excel spreasheet in the template provided when you created your account. If you need to download this template again, it is available in the BCG Employee & VEndor Lookup Tool search screen.
